Why this ban should be removed: First off, it's Dutch, and this is my second attempt at getting unb&. I want to get unbanned, 'cause I'm sorry. Whilst I don't wish to or think it'd be right for me to argue that the ban was unjust, I still believe that it was, and, regardless, I wish to apologize for it, and understand that even joking about something that serious is definitely not right, and that I was most definitely in the wrong. I'm ready to move on from this and, judging by the reception my last thread received, I'm pretty sure the community is too.

PS: I'm not at all expecting administrative permissions back, that's not why I'm here.

I would let him back for a short amount of time as a user. If he's good in that time, and was a donor, promote him up to donor for 4 or 5 months. If he behaves, he'll get a mod position for a month and if he managed to do well in that he gets his original rank back.

Again, I'm not looking for staff rank. Also, the problem was never that I abused my position, so I don't think monitoring my behavior is explicitly necessary.

And I'd like to post this for clarification. While there was admittedly some underlying truth to my request to DDoS SRH ( And I do mean some as in, a minuscule amount ) I never ever intended for it to happen. I would never attempt to get revenge by performing a network attack, that's simply childish and stupid. Any honesty that this request contained was all the source of my past immaturity, and anger / frustration. I've moved on and grown up from that now.

Well, considering he isn't asking for much, I would say an undo of his previous ban wouldn't be too extreme. He was at one point a quite reliable and well-disciplined staff-member and he seems quite eager at the chance to role-play once more. I wouldn't be the one to say, but it seems he's quite worthy of an release off his permanent ban, and I hope he gets his wish.

As well as this, he also didn't seem to take in affect that anyone would treat the joke with such brashness (Yes, I understand that DDoS is a serious matter, that's not what I'm getting across). I've made a plethora of jokes in the past, none of them were took as a serious statement. I hope you can look past some simple mistakes, and allow for his unbanning.

Note, these opinions are slightly biased, as I am good friends with Dutch, as I have been since we first joined. But I can tell you this; he is being honest. If he does anything to abuse the rules, this would surprise even me. I believe he's earned the chance, and I cling onto the hope that you do too.
