Please explain exactly what happened from start to finish:
Alright, so i saw Jake Micheal's near the entrance to Blue warehouse tunnel. I mug'd him in chat, gave him 5 seconds to respond then i killed him. He then TP's to me and asks me why i RDM'd him when he was afk. I told him that i saw him all alone, so i took the opportunity to mug him. He said that he was /afk and he clearly wasn't because it didn't show AFK above his head. Not sure if this is the server being buggy, or him just lying. He then slays me for rdm, and i lose my precious sg522.

Like I said before, mugging an afk person is in no way shape or form RP. And let's say I didn't do /afk (which I did) even if you do go up to mug me and then say Give me 50 dollars or die, You have to wait until they atleast respond in anyway or run away or else it's just a clever way to rdm. If the guy isn't moving and hasn't moved for a good minute, it's pretty clear the guy is AFK. In this case I did have AFK up and you just mugged an AFK person, which I fail to see it being rp in anyway

Nope. he wasn't moving at all, i assumed he was doing something in the f4 menu.

Then he was AFK, you should not kill someone who doesn't respond.
He has not warned you he slayed you. I call that a decent and fair action.
