Please explain exactly what happened from start to finish:
So apparently he was raiding as a mob boss- I seriously didn't know what was going on anymore because we'd had like four CP raids within the last fifteen minutes so I paused to make sure I wasn't mistaking the situation. After I was sure he was raiding (or counter-raiding, as he called it) I popped his ass.

After Slay resurrected his first action was to stun me and quiz me as to why I killed him, claiming it was suspected NLR. Number one, I hadn't died in the past three raids from the police plus the ones from the multiple thieves and he hadn't killed me so he had no right to freeze me. I told him that and he got snippy with me, saying that he was going to 'check the logs and warn me'.

So I told him that he shouldn't assume shit and follow the rules and he said 'If I assumed I would've already warned you'. I told him assuming shit is what gets you warned for abuse. So he keeps arguing with me and refuses to unfreeze me. He still has no evidence to believe I NLR'd but insists that I'm a rule-breaker despite.

He unfreezes me in the middle of ANOTHER CP raid and they mow me down immediately.

Afterwards I ask him what the logs say and he doesn't respond.

When he does respond he says that any other admin would have gotten butthurt and froze me, and when I said someone with an unbiased view of the situation should've handled it he got huffy with me.

Additional Evidence:
Just check the logs- most of it was in that little administrator's box where they ask questions about NLR and RDM and whatnot. Dunno if those show up in them or not. But there's a prolonged period where I'm frozen after giving my answer.

First off my RP name was Likos Avulari

My side:
I was a mob boss with no mob to back me up and I heard gunshots so I walk to where they are and i see a lot of dead gang members a few dead cops and a thief shooting them. so I shoot the thief and convince a gang member I am the boss and let me in I go to the weapon storage and was about to start taking stuff and i said i was counter raiding and I get shot

Thinking it was one of the guys either i killed or got killed I FMSG the person so I can go through logs just as any other admin would do

and you get all pissed with me
so I get pissed back

Don't know how I was in the wrong going through the logs while I had the person frozen

So what was that about you killing gang members? Because according to what you just said you didn't have a problem with gang members. Also, there wasn't time for me to respawn and get a gun then magically teleport to you to kill you.

There was a stockpile of guns in there so yes there was time to grab a gun
And as for convincing people to let me in I killed them after they let me in but it was a giant clusterfuck of 2-raids at once and an admin situation making it nearly impossible to tell who I had killed

There wasn't a single gun left in that stockpile of ammo, bandages, and armor. Believe me, I was organizing it all when I turned around to see you intruding. So that shoots bulletholes in that story. But as you said you killed them after they let you in- your 'counter-raid' lasted at most a minute from the moment you came up on that thief. As soon as I realized you had nothing to do with our group I pegged you. As said before, it is physically impossible for me to have RDMed you. If yo u would have taken the time to think instead of raging that you got hit, you would have realized this.

It wasnt RDM I was looking for it was NLR and that stockpile could have had guns for all I know
And as I have also stated it was a massive clusterfuck so the only was to make sure you didn't break NLR was to check logs so I froze you to ensure you did't shoot anyone else while I checked logs. Just as most other admins would have done

And no I didn't say I was going to check the logs and warn you
I said if i found that you died in the logs I was going to warn you for NLR

Not going to argue with you anymore about it- your story is shit, was impossible to NLR you. Waiting for a mod to claim.

Suspected NLR has (since I have been admin) been a good enough reason to conduct an investigation

And to the second part
The freeze was around 2 minutes while I looked at logs to see if he died

Checking logs can be done without freezing. YET, he did not abuse his powers.
Both of you need to calm down a little, getting angry at a admin while he is investigating isn't helping you. Nor is getting angry at the players be cause he is angry to you.

What he should have done maybe is warn you for EXL, really Bee Onette that freeze was clean and short. We do our job keeping the server clean. This means that once in a while you are put in a investigation and it will shorten your play time. Getting all mad like you did here is not helping your situation, it will only take longer. Remember if you didn't do anything stay calm logs will show it. Getting mad will only make the chance greater that the admin is going to warn you.

No action will be taken on either party
