[REQ] Mods+ be allowed to unban people they banned

Alright, so i think it would be a good idea to make it so moderators+ can remove bans from people they banned. Mostly because, what if they warned/banned someone on accident and they get banned for a hour. the moderator would have to contact an EC to remove the ban. This has happened to me two times already too.

Why do they need to contact an EC member? Can't admin+ unban people they haven't banned or what?

Yesterday,I banned a guy by accident I thout he prop spammed,and server was laggy,I went to him asked did you prop spammed,he didnt answered and left.So I banned him and then I tried !unban and /unban,it sayd me "you dont have permission for that command"

P.S before going to him I checked console and saw that he spawned alot of props,but it was just hes base

I believe at least SA should have the ability to unban its quite redic that only EC members can.
