I was just thinking, most servers have a set of black listed words, such as any racist terms, and me and some other people with a vast vocabulary of swears/ inappropriate slang could probably come up with the words.

Examples could include

Warning: inappropriate words.

or, you just don't say them, and if you do, you get a warning. It's pretty simple.

why did nobody say this when prop-damage was removed?
just dont prop-kill, if you do, you get a warning.

i dont believe that excuse is valid.

prop killing is worse than bad words. If you are a minge, you can walk around and kill everyone with a floating door, or stop a robber with a prop. Prop killing may be RDM. It also means that prop killed people can lose hundreds of dollars of equipment and weapons.

Derogatory words are different. You don't kill anyone with them. You don't rdm with words. You can't cause people to lose their items. It's just rude and ignorant. The worst that happens is someone gets their feelings hurt, The offender gets a warn, and the hurt feeling person feels better. And plus, there is always a way around blacklisted words.

words cause more harm than props
you can make someone angry, and he'll go on a killing spree and kill more people than a prop-killer would.

Pretty much- would save the staff for the more severe purposes anyway.

Yeah that's true, but when it comes to mic it's not recorded so unless an admin hears it, what can ya do? Through text it's easy enough to prove, and if they do manage to get my the filters it's obvious they're really trying to break the rule lol.
