I appreciate that, it means a lot. I don't think we ever had any issues, and if we did I don't remember them there for they are forgiven and forgotten.

Yes, I agree it's the poster's responsibility, however sometimes people let their emotion get the better of them and they post a comment out of anger or frustrations. Sometimes people need to be looked out for, even if they don't know it. That is what I do, I try to look out for peoples better interest, even when they don't know it.
