Why this warning should be removed: I want this appealed because it was very uncalled for. The whole night i had sonny breathing down my throat (no smoke thrusters) (it doesn't matter that they were trespassing) and i never had much off a problem with those thing but and every time i would attempt to talk to him about them he would teleport away and nothing would come of it. so i was about to get off the server i seen sonny talking to a client so i thought for a giggle i would walk up and tell them i could sell them ammo and he gunned me down without much warning but saying no. Then as i was walking back to my store after he gunned me in the middle of the street i passed him in the street never stopped just kept walking he then he went god mode and chased me down, dragged me off and then once again trying to explain i was warned without having a change to explain. so i did not NRL i was walking away from the spawn and i walked passed without stopping and i got warnned

OK, so where do we begin. The no smoke effect on thrusters have been a rule for a long ass time, because it causes lag. The tresspassing issue, you had a store with the door open dude walked in and your security shot him down. Now onto the NLR. In the middle of a transaction between myself, Kobe Bryant and Chuck Testa this guy walks up and as I'm selling guns and ammo, he says "Hey you can buy the ammo off me cheaper" and I said "How about no, go away, I'm conducting business" he then repeated "Or you could buy the ammo from me" and at this point I said "Go away, last time I'm telling you" he rebutled with "OR you could buy the ammo from me" and I shot him. THEN on his way back through town, he passed me IN THE SAME LOCATION HE DIED and calls me a douche bag.

First the concern was not that the thrusters or trespassing it was that you would not talk to me about it...I have never gotten in trouble for smoke thrusters from another admin... So I thought I would ask you about it. Second if you think back to your deal I came up and said it both times very sarcastically why would a people go out of there way to buy ammo from me if they are buying the important part the gun from you? And third it was never directed at you as i attempted to tell you and I never even looked at you walking past let alone talked to you and I stayed on the opposing sidewalk to you so don't say that I came to talk to you and why if I came back when you froze me was I all the way down the street. I was just passing my way back to my shop, In no way did I NLR and PS. you could have easily just took your business else where not shot me or even just warning shoot me not spay me down

I was running guns to fuel the freedoms of our town, you infringe on my deal with your shenanigans and expect it to be taken lightly? I don't care that much about money, but I do care about business ethic, and you do not just roll in and steal someones customers out from under them. WITH THAT BEING SAID, I suppose I may have over reacted in shooting you. I will also be willing to remove the warning even though we both know it was directed towards me, I just want you to have the respect and decency to admit it to me.

Alright I can honestly say that it was less about getting killed it was more about my pass experiences with admin situations and me being slightly butt hurt over them... I'm sorry for being a asshole and what ever comes of this I hope we can put it behind us.

And I respect those that respect me and don't leave when I'm trying to talk to them... You have done it too me on at least five occasions. And by saying what I did shows nothing of NLR it was OCC and had nothing to do with being shot. I was showing I was unhappy with you as a admin at the moment... Just saying

OK, your going to argue with me after I already agreed to remove it? Me being an admin had nothing to do with the NLR you committed. You walked past and called me a douche bag, and left it out of your appeal. The simple fact of it is, you were butthurt because I killed you and called me a douche bag. Instead of just putting in the chat box of ooc you decided to take a longer route, not by much, and walk past me and call me a douche bag and then proceed to run off. Whether or not I'm admin holds no bearing on what you did. Plain and simple.

What ever I'm not getting in to another fight... Remove it and close it.... But to close it off you are aloud to return to the general area or house you were killed at and douche bag was never said direct at anyone I just said it in general not "hey sonny your a douche bag" thus not right to warn... But it doesn't matter at this point it could care, close it and end it

Ok so you think it is not NLR? then i call it EXL. You just don't run past someone who just killed you and call them what ever.
It doesn't matter whether you home was on the otherside. You called him out, don't tell me it was in general because that makes no sense!
