Please explain exactly what happened from start to finish:
To begin I would like to make it clear that Sonny RDM'd me and this is how it all went down. First, I need to talk about how Sonny was being out RP'd all night by my friend Smokey who was a CP. There was no mayor for the duration of the whole time gap this took place so default laws were in effect. This being said only pistols were legal. I'm pretty sure Smokey was catching Sonny buy illegal weapons and would pursue him and it would end in either a kill or an arrest. These repeating series of events went on for about 30 minutes when I decided I would be a CP as well. Smokey and I then worked together for a little bit when Smokey weapon searched Sonny and found an AK-47 and one other rifle I believe. Smokey then arrested Sonny for possession of illegal weapons. I was NOT involved with this arrest at all. After I see the arrest, I go to the PD to try to collect bail. I ask Sonny if he would like bail. He says it depends on how much. I tell him 500 and he agrees. Then Smokey arrives and tells him that in order to fulfill bail, Sonny would have to give 500 to Smokey as well. Sonny then declines and Smokey walks away. Now, after Smokey was gone, I ask Sonny if he still wanted to do the 500 dollar bail. He starts getting angry saying that he was going to but Smokey ruined it. I ask him again to make sure. Sonny then says "You know what I did nothing wrong and should not be in jail". I then tell him "Well you have been charged with "possession of an illegal weapon", reading the arrest text under his name. That's all that happened. About a minute and a half later I am in the streets near Sonny when I just get mowed down by an assault rifle. I did not report RDM but I do OOC asking why I was killed. Sonny replies back, being the killer, saying that it was for the bail business I pulled in the PD. He is trying to tell me that I was giving him a 'smug' attitude while the whole time I most definitely did not have any attitude towards him at all. I explain this to him and then he states that he killed me for taking away his right to bear arms. I tell him it was the law that he could not have an assault rifle. Not only that but I had NOTHING to do with the arrest at all. He continues to make up excuses.... These excuses are pure bullshit. In my point of view and I bet Smokey's as well, Sonny was just extremely pissed off for being out RP'd all night. That's all there is to it. I mean yea I would be pissed too if I was being out RP'd for awhile but clearly this is the real reasoning behind the kill; NOT the fact that I asked him for bail. I had respect for Sonny all night, knowing he was an admin and this being one of the few if not FIRST time I RP'd alongside him for some duration. It disappoints me that an admin would act like the average minge RP'er and kill only to justify it with bullshit reasoning. Logs will show a huge argument between Sonny and myself after the RDM where all his reasoning is shown. So in the end with just the interactions between Sonny and myself, I ask him for bail, tell him why he got arrested, and then I get killed a minute and a half later. No matter how many excuses Sonny throws out there, Smokey and I know that the real reason for the kill was just extreme butthurtness. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this complaint and I hope whoever reads this can understand where I am coming from.

As I said in game, after I got arrested you had a smug attitude about the whole thing, and me having my rights violated (MURCAH) I was pissed. So I get out of prison after serving my maximum sentence and I see you first, out of the two or three guards that were mocking me in prison, and I shot you. I then attempted to kill the arresting officer "Smokey" and he killed me. I see how you could confuse this with "butthurt" as you guys said in game, however I was just roleplaying.

1. The law forbid any weapon higher than a pistol so you did NOT have a right to bear an assault rifle. That is like saying an 18 year old can drink alcohol, get arrested, and then claim the officers violated their right to drink.
2. I never gave you the slightest bit of attitude. Your misinterpretation does not justify killing me.
3. I never mocked you once for being arrested (Clearly a lie because you never mentioned i mocked you in the chats)
4. You served a 300 second arrest, an arrest I had no involvement with.

1. In America, RIGHT NOW, President Barrack Obama is attempting to outlaw assault weapons, even if he does, it still remains a fact that it is our incoherent right to bare arms. Regardless of laws, it is still our rights. The only thing that changes with a law outlawing them is they are trampling our rights. Doesn't take them away, they are and always will be there, you just have to fight for them.
2. You were smug, I said that in chat, you laughed at me when I tried talking to you about my situation.

4. You offered me a 500 dollar bail, then when I tried to pay you Smokey ran up and said 500 for all of us, and you laughed, AKA mocking me in my time of misery.

1. Yes, you have the right to bear arms. You can LEGALLY have a pistol to bear arms. It was ILLEGAL to have an assault rifle. That being said, your right was never violated due to the fact that you could legally buy a pistol. Is that not bearing arms? By you buying an assault rifle you should acknowledge the fact that you will be arrested if you are found with one.

2. Like I said, I never gave you attitude. Also I never laughed at you. The chats will show EXACTLY how I responded to your 'smug' attitude remark. Even if I did give you an attitude, is that really a justified reason to kill somebody?

I see several things here.
Interpretation: It DOES matter. In roleplay how something is interpreted by a user is how they will respond.
You're making an abuse report over ONE kill, sorry but its called a report for a "serious" rule breach for a reason.
Paragraphs: They exist for a reason, that wall of text was a pain to read and I would have put this report off simply because of it if I hadn't been asked to handle it. (Make future reports easier to read, it makes our job faster and will get your reports handled sooner.)

The series of events seems to be:

Arrest. > Attempt to get bail paid. > Interruption, and doubling of the bail. > Interruption gone, continued attempts to get bail paid. > Release. > Revenge Killing.

We allow revenge killing on cops, not rdm.

Your argument is that he had no reason to want to kill YOU specifically? Lets look at it from his point of view.

Arrested. > CP walks in offering bail. > Another CP walks in and tries doubling the bail. > Other CP leaves, first CP keeps trying to get bail. > Sees this as an attempt to extort money, without a guarantee of release. > Released. > Kills first of two CP's, the one who tried extorting him.

When you look at it from this perspective, he DOES have a reason to want revenge.

Report closed, no action will be taken against the user.
