Why this ban should be removed: I was banned for mass RDM, hence the fact all my killing was within reason. I was robbing the mayor, he refused to stay when I was robbing/mugging him, I then counted down to 10 as a warning. After counting down from 10 ( he started running ) I killed him, then many others started shooting me - I then starting shooting & killing them, after killing them one of the police officers broke NLR and kept attempting to arrest me (He even made me wanted!) he then kept respawning. This is the 2nd I've been banned without having a chance to explain myself, this is getting pretty annoying - I'm sorry for any trouble I may have caused.

EDIT: Also, the admin never witnessed the series of murders I committed.

EDIT: I know I have quite a ban history, but I can assure you anything that happens from now on I will accept.

EDIT: What does LWP mean?

LWP means leaving without punishment

I was the admin who banned you and the reason was because you killed 5 or 6 people in a very short time period and at least 2 of them reported RDM. Then when you got killed you instantly left.

You also didn't read anything I said, did you? I explained my self and I'm very sorry

I left because I got fed up of people constantly NLRing me, there was also a series of gun dealers self-supplying and not doing their job - I'm not saying that to justify what I done but yes, it did affect my anger.
EDIT: He also attempted to be a cop as a gundealer.

Are you even listening to what I said? I spoke in voice, not in chat. I barely ever use chat because it slows me down - I've also been having a series of powercuts which are being dealt with by my provider while we're speaking. I attempted to join back and I found that I was banned.

Regardless of why you disconnected, you disconnected. We cannot know you are telling the truth, nor can we take your word for it. (We have no way to verify it, and can not be expected to.)

Now, everyone here has been quite patient, we know what you said but the fact stands we can't simply trust your word when the evidence says something else.

You claim you had reason for each kill, would you care to explain in detail why you killed each user, and the events that lead up to the kills? An explanation for why they happened so quickly would also be in your best interest.

Hey, I was mugging the mayor (I was a thief) He then began to run, I started counting down to when I would kill him in voice chat (10, 9, 8, etc.) and gave him a warning, the police saw me shooting him so they started chasing me, I then began shooting back at them and killed about 2 of them (I think) . Some of the other people I killed were in crossfire and I did not intend on killing them.

Keep in mind that in the rules, if an officer Wanted you before he died, he has the right to pursue you. I believe it says that in the Job rules. Therefore, if you were Wanted for anything and you killed the officer, he isn't breaking NLR if he comes after you. Just clarifying this in the event that he wasn't breaking NLR so you'd know.

you might want to stop lying on your appeal or it will get denied instantly, make sure you have the full story and not make stuff up like you did

In my opinion he did not rdm anyone, those were all justified kills with the mugging, Thus the was no punishment so it doesn't matter that he left but it does look bad that you changed the story with the power bumps
Plus the admin could have just talked to the people that reported the RDM to find out why he was killing in the PD... A theif in the PD it kinda goes without saying that he is not doing any good in there and he is going to exchange gun fire it CP

Just thought I would throw in a opinion.

I'm sorry your story doesn't add up. It could be that you made a mistake disconnection or what else but 8 seconds after you mass murder and get killed leaving seems to odd. Then you say the CP NLR. Yet you didn't report it to any admin.

Last that this is the 2nd time that you were banned without the possibility to explain your actions isn't our admins problem, you disconnected. We can't go track everyone back to explain there actions. Just a smart thing to do is always disconnect clean. Remove your props, sell all doors, change back to citizen, make sure you didn't kill or arrest someone the last 2 minutes. You will not fuck RP, you will never get involved into LWP because you killed someone 10 seconds before leaving.

Because i can't trust your word the appeal is denied. Never try to lie in an appeal. It doesn't serve you any good
