[REQ] List of E2 and their ops

Sometimes the server is lagging and we don't know why.
And if we could see how many ops an E2 is doing, that could clear out some problems.
Because then we know it's the E2 or it's something else.
Maybe for staff only?

This is built into E2, just open the editor, click the wrench next to the save buttons. Click 'Remote updater' and then click 'Show all'.

Never mind, it doesn't show Ops, however it does list the spawned e2s.

I found a guy doing ~1000 ops, got him to drop it down to about 100. This would be greatly useful, if admins could see E2 and/or holograms by a command in console. I would greatly love it.
