Why this warning should be removed: Okay so heres exactly what happened. A CP (Danny Doss) was breaking into a gunshop i was being a security guard for. Danny kills the gun dealer so i kill the CP. Now, ONE minute later, Danny Doss returns and kills me and the gun dealer. Danny broke NLR in me and the gun dealers eyes so we report it. Sparky reports and we all talk about the NLR at the gun shop. He verbally warns Danny and leaves. So now Danny leaves and i goto leave but i got stuck with Alisia Smith in a crouch hallway. I punch him so i can free myself which he gave me consent. So now i goto leave the gunshop and i see a CP using a battering ram on the door. I go outside and punch him to defend our gunshop. Sparky then freezes me and tells me I NLRD. I try to tell him that i did not even know it was Danny Doss and it was not NLR. I did not use any info from my past life that led me to kill this CP. I had NO clue it was Danny. However Sparky keeps talking over me and WILL NOT LISTEN. Getting angry that he wont listen to me i tell him something like "Hurry the fuck up and warn me then so i can appeal and then the forums WILL fuckign listen" He gags me and i cant even defend myself now in chat from his accusations. I will glady answer any questions if i made things confusing. Also, i would like to add that this was just a misunderstanding. Sparky witnessed me kill the cop right after we talked about his NLR so i do not blame him for thinking i committed NLR but i honestly did not.

Why this warning should be removed: I was not even online during this warn so i would like to know the story behind this warn so i can explain myself because i do not recall RDAing anybody and im sure i can clear up why i arrested whomever.

Ok, I warned you because soon before you left you arrested someone for 'being queer' or something along those lines. I would have talked to you about it had you not left but if you wish to explain what happened and it's valid then I'll be happy to remove the warning.

Yea I remember that arrest, the kid was running up to me Mic spamming weird shit in a weird voice. I told him to stop and I ran away but he followed me so I arrested him. Sorry for not being their to explain, I just felt like getting off but if I knew I was going to be questioned I most certainly would have stayed. Sorry wazzy

I wont remove the RDA warning, you arrested someone for "being queer" and then disconnected straight away, a standard "rage quit" response and you should have reported him to an admin for mic spamming and not broken the rules yourself.

As for the NLR warning, the logs show that Danny Doss did indeed receive a 911 call thus allowing him to return (so he didn't break NLR), our rules also state this:

"You may not return to where you die unless it is for a new role-play reason or if it is your home/base. If this is the case, you must not interfere with whomever is there until they leave."

Killing Danny counts as interfering, your claim that you "did not know it was Danny" is also a load of crap, if you managed to punch him you'd have been close enough to see his name.

Both warnings will remain.
