Please explain exactly what happened from start to finish:
(I am RPing as CP, Sonny was a gun dealer) Okay so I bought a door inside a building to store some bandages i bought. As im leaving, Sonny buys the front door. I ask him to sell the door and he goes, "Since im so nice... (Shoots my friend with a magnum *Smokey")" That is RDM. So about 10 minutes later i go back to my room. I have to warrant Sonnys door just to get in. I get in and he is shooting at me. I kill him and then i notice he lockpicked my door. He changed jobs to thief just to lockpick my door which is Job Abuse. Also it can be considered NLR due to the fact that he died after watching me buy a door and then going back later to lock pick it. I wanted him after i noticed my door was lockpicked which resulted in an INSTANT warn. I did not even get to explain myself properly. So Sonny commited RDM/Job Abuse/NLR/ Abuse of Admin by giving me a warning within 30 seconds of me being frozen without even giving me time to talk. Thanks

I witnessed the shooting part. Sonny owned the front door, and I am pretty sure he wasn't aware that Nick had owned ONE of the inside doors. He told him "The front door is the door that matters." And after multiple warnings by Sonny to get out of his house. He shot him.

Also Its not considered NLR if he knows you own a door unless you killed him but then again.... Its actually in his building therefore he can picklock it if he wants. Also how long was he a thief for?

Also, moments before I shot Smokey, I witnessed him search my Gun Shop. Thats the main reason I shot him. I didn't switch jobs just because I wanted to lock pick your door. I switched jobs because I was out of luck as a Gun Dealer, getting raided like ever 5 seconds, and the CP's broke my entire house. I switched because I was tired of dealing with it.

Sonny bought the door because cms had to carry his bandages to the bottom, i go to run up and buy the front door and all i see is the cancerous sonny come and buy the door, everything else cms said is true but he really genually was unable to buy the front door because he was carrying the bandage. Sonny just preys on us for no reason its bullshit, what kind of admin runs up and acts like a minge like that. I was flabergasted when i saw that shit

He bought the front after seeing me run to the basement with bandages. I was in a hurry to store my bandages. Also logs will show that within about 45 seconds of sonny becoming a thief, he lockpicks my door. I know this timeline exactly because I was on the way to my place to check my room and add security to it when I saw "sonny corleone has become a thief." 45 seconds later I go in a killed him after being shot at. Check the logs for the time difference between sonnys job change to me killing him with an mp5. That will tell exactly how long it took sonny to lockpick my door after he became thief. This is certain job abuse. I asked you to sell the door due to my basement door so you knowingly became a thief and thought "nick warner has a door in here so let me lockpick that since I am now a thief"

I never saw you run in with bandages, I just saw you run in. I was following Smokey, I bought the front door, tried walking into MY new house and was blocked by the two of you. I shot Smokey for revenge of my shop, then took off to avoid capture/death by you. I returned, finished purchasing my house, decided to give up on the Gun Dealer thing because I was just getting raided by he CP constantly. I go to MY basement door and notice you owned it. I lockpick it for a few seconds, and boom you break down my door and I get killed after firing a few rounds.

I return to my home, get wanted for lockpicking by you, get arrested by Smokey. To me it seems like you two just work together to try and push your luck as far as you can, but hey, that's just my opinion. I honestly don't care either. But anyways, back to the main point. Lockpicking won't show in logs, and even if I did go thief just to raid your door that was in my house (WHICH I DID NOT) it's not job abuse because I didn't go back to Gun Dealer afterwards.

I was getting ready to change my job before I even came to that house, ask Jake Michaels, I got him to let me into PD to get my old gun lab that you guys took and hid in the evidence room bought out the rest, collected whatever cash was in it and then left the PD to delete my other shit. If I'm not mistaken, you also arrested one of the people I was giving my shit away to.

In conclusion, what I did was with in the confines of the rules set forth by Drake for SRH DarkRP. What I did wasn't RDM, certainly not NLR, and obviously not Job Abuse.

People have to stop being so bloody ignorant. Just because sonny has an abuse report against him, does not mean he did anything wrong. Most of the time its just butthurt people who don't like sonny, and the other times it is misunderstandings/miscommunication, which all of us make some times.

I never warranted your house, and i died atleast 3 times after joining in on the last seconds of a raid because you had illegal assault rifles, wtf is your problem. I didn't admit that, I got arrested by YOU for possession of AK-47, you guys searched my house. When I got out, I went back to lock everything up, you said "Your good" and ran away. So that tells me, you were the one who searched my house. I never said you weren't allowed to work together. He got warned for NLR because HE wanted me. Nothing else. Also, I never came back after I died and interfered with a raid.

You got arrested for the Ak-47 then i committed suicide, then we searched your house and because i saw you going to your house after we were done i said your all good. You cant just kill every officer because they raided your house, during the raid you can but you cant go out of your way 10 minutes after the raid and gun down all the cops. I got the gun lab BEFORE I got killed. You just rage about everything. I can't deal with you right now. Drake can message me whenever he want if he wants to talk to me about it.

I would like to mention a few things that I've noticed, this is not information on the report in question.

Stalker, CMS, and Sonny have issues, they should not really be interacting.

Sonny has temper issues that have yet to be resolved.

Without being able to see more I can't imply whether this report is valid or not, but to my knowledge none of the recent abuse reports he has gotten have panned out to be real abuse. (Some are iffy but most seem to be the result of how he interacts with other users.) - Wanted to mention this for all the people calling for punishments beyond the ordinary. Not all reports are valid, just because an admin or user gets them more than others doesn't necessarily mean they are breaking our rules.
