[FIXED] [BUG] Lawboards
Law boards do not spawn. According to a user (danny doss) they did not respawn after the server crashed last night.

Already told Drake about it in steam chat yesterday, now we wait.
And yes I believe it's because the lawboards aren't loaded on startup, which they should.

They loaded when I got on after school today, maybe drake just edited some files

No idea why they loaded if he didnt.

[BUG] law-board is still broken
Law-boreds still do not spawn. This needs to be fixed as fast as possible.
