So as all of you know I was banned for a month by Ryladine, how his ban was flawed and why not the entire story is being told about everyone's bans lately.

Well first, I'll talk about my ban, It goes like this:

>Ryladine bans me for a week because an image of mine didnt render for him

>When proven wrong he either was filled with rage or is really pissed at me for some reason

>He looks for reason to ban me for a month

>Sees a post of mine basically saying "John Nukette is a faggot."

>He extends ban

>He tries to put it off as me calling clutch a faggot (Even though what I said was exactly this: "Imma go down and RECK u fagit" in small words

>Small spark starts with the users who know the truth of it all (Matt, Necro, Moose.)

>Nobody gives a shit.

>Drake is either too drunk or too damn corrupt to bring the truth out of my ban or even investigate it for that matter, (Or he's too busy doing things, not like Ryladine ever makes a slip.)

>Has to stick through ban.

In my opinion this is all quite bullshit, and other users agree, that calling someone a faggit jokingly in a community is not the end of the goddamn world, and if they can't get over it they can't handle the Internet. (GEE I WONDER WHY MOST OF THE ELDERS DON'T VISIT ANYMORE.)

Legal's ban:

Okay so legal goes into the extremely abandoned nobody gives two shits about SRH steam group.

He makes 2 announcements of spam, and is banned permanently from the forums, Server, and everything else.

"Richard the second."

OH MY ASS.

Richard blatantly started shit because he was being a dick.

Legal user was... You know, HAVING A GOOD INNOCENT TIME ON A GAMIG COMMUNITY?

So this is quite bullshit, and I'm more than glad to see the EC go away, so drake and the owners can actually judge situations before some biased prick forces his opinions on everyone, and frankly I want an apology.

I won't comment on your ban since I didn't really see the posts but legal user deserved the ban in my opinion. Not because the act itself was extremely bad but rather its about principle and his thought process. He basically says hat he's too immature to handle waiting a couple of days or even just ignore something like his steam group permissions and his reaction to that is to abuse. What if he decided he didn't want to be admin on the server anymore then he would literally becom "Richard the second". I also think its good to show that we have zero tolerance against deliberate abuse for the purpose of getting something.

About the ec being disbanded that's true but afaik no one was removed from the forum mod team which includes both ec and non ec members.

My post might not make much sense but I'm tired, sick and on my phone.

No. Your ban was valid because it was NOT someone calling you a fa***t it was you calling someone else that. Had you not contested the original ban, which I admitted was flawed because of an issue with my browser, it would have remained overlooked and the ban wouldn't have been extended. The inherent flaw in that is that I would not have seen my mistake with the first ban.

Even if what you are claiming is true you admitted yourself that you deserved the ban.

Loopholing is against the forum rules, fagit is the same as faggot, we all know exactly what you mean so stop being a dumbfuck and trying to say that's not what it is.

As for the legal user ban, the EC didn't do it, drake did.

Your signature was suspended by someone for something. Don't know who or why, but if no one admits to it or remembers it I would advise asking to have the suspension lifted.

Too be honest, nothing to comment about your ban or Legal's. But it's quite sad how everyone throws such an offensive word and/or any other form of it around daily, it's ridiculous how common it's used in today's vocabulary.

Yes, that is the truth. Had you not contested the original ban which I admitted was a mistake, I would never have noticed the more serious offense unless it was reported. So in fact you got yourself banned longer by contesting the ban. That's not my fault, its yours for breaking the rules in the first place. Had you never committed the offense that got the ban extended the first ban would have been removed with an apology and nothing more would have happened.

Specifically the fact that he posted an image in response to a quote chain outside of spam, the image didn't load and therefore appeared to not be there at all, causing me to ban him for spamming. The ban was NOT extended because you proved me wrong. It was extended because in the process of proving there WAS in-fact a reply there you caused me to notice something IN the quote chain that got you banned.

I can't say for certain, its a possibility since what he did was more an abuse of powers, though its doubtful he would get his position on staff back.

Sudden? Its been in the rules since I got drakes permission to update them. Before they were updated they didn't even mention shitposting. Its been nearly two months since it was added.

You want to set things straight? Stop complaining about things and do something about them. Making a scene doesn't solve anything.
I do a great deal to try to help SRH improve and keep it going, that includes my duties as a forum moderator. Until recently I was doing the absolute most anyone besides drake and rod can do to help SRH keep going, unless you have something that can prove I've done ANYTHING other than trying to keep it going you can stop talking to me about setting things straight. I do a great deal behind the scenes, from notifying drake of an issue to trying to get and keep staff online when they are needed. I work hard for this community and if you can't say the same you don't deserve to be staff. Not the way you behave.

The difference is YOU get a harsher punishment because you have been punished for it a great many times.

John is mad he was finally hit with a hard punishment instead of small bans. He's mad he had to sit through it. Had it been unjust or undeserved he could have gone to any forum mod, or drake, or rod, and had it investigated and the punishment lifted. He's mad because that didn't happen.
