Med Fact with Dr.Styles #2?
Today's Thread is on home remedies for The Cold

2 Sundays ago i caught a cold.

3days later i got rid of the bulk of it

currently still have a lil snot but not a lot left

heres how you can get rid of it fast

  1. Drink 1 glass of OJ/day.
  2. Eat a lot of Cambells chicken noodle soup.(The salt and oil help a lot, ill look into this reason later.)
  3. Dont Rest, Go to the gym.(for me it worked but dont work out too hard you'll end up feeling worse.)
  4. Take hot showers and have the water blast on your back, neck, chest, and throat to help the mucus come out.
  5. Vitamin C helps.(I ate kiwis and pineapple.)
  6. Drink a lot of water.( you should do this everyday you take half of your body weight and put it to oz so, if you weigh like 200lb, then drink 100oz of water a day or more depending on your lifestyle.)
  7. Try not to take any medication(If you are in some pain tough it out over time medicine won't help you so, if you can handle with out it, then do it.)

I know everyone is a bit different, so what helps me might not help you but, try it. You might get better quicker.

*Disclaimer* If you try it and it doesn't work you can't sue me

but again i'm pretty sure this will work.

Yours Truly,

The Doctor of Style,

Dr.Stylez

Or don't complain, its a cold. You can still do everything you do normally, there is no pain involved, there is no disability involved.
It will cure in time, be patience

sometime there is pressure in your head

that can lead to pain

and what if you are in a hurry for something and being sick isnt an option?
