Red Orchestra, The forgotten diamond

Red orchestra is an enjoyable, FPS Simulation type game, while still managing to be a game. (Sorta like Arma, But better.)

It's nothing like day of defeat, (Thank god) But in map sizes it's more like battlefield, And it's combat is pretty slow paced and very realistic.



Goods: So you have an interesting class system which works like this, If the russians have a sniper, the germans will have an anti tank rifle in it's place on their team.

My favorite class is the rifleman, It's a bolt action Mosin Nagaunt (Or kar98 depending on which team you choose) it takes about a full 2 seconds for each shot to be put in the barrel at a time and the shot will usually kill anyone in one hsot in medium range, But do not dispair, You can attach a BAYONET! At the end of your weapon, (This barely and not very noticingly makes your gun sway more when aiming.)

It takes about two jabs with it to kill someone.


This is a very different and very awesome game, it's atmosphere is absolutely amazing.

When you enter the game you feel the darkness and depression of world war 2, And when you see one of your comrades die in front of you, it is actually saddening.
