Did you pm him with the request containing your payment emailaddress?
If not do it again because he would not care. The announcement a while ago clearly stated: "PM the Emailaddress"

the email address i used for the payment through paypal is as followed as it is above and through the Pm's i sent....

so what am i doing wrong if i already PMed him? with this email?
