Removal of Warning(s): 34802
All Warnings:
ID29758: Job abuse/RDM - Gun killer (STEAM_0:0:39670013)
ID31642: RDM as CP LWP - Nick Bloop (STEAM_0:0:14432909)
ID33201: RDMx2/Job abuse - Matt Shuab (STEAM_0:0:44218648)
ID34802: NLR - Matt Schuab (STEAM_0:0:44218648)

Warning ID34802 (STEAM_0:1:18093014)
RP Name: Smokey Bluntson
Reason: NLR
Time: Sat, 16 Mar 2013 @ 04:22
Admin: Matt Schuab (STEAM_0:0:44218648)

Why this warning should be removed: I was just playing and we happened to come across some thieves base and I died but Sebastian Ingrosso took the thieves printers and then took them to our base, I died and Sebastian Ingrosso called backup so i could go back to his base and help him build up, and then matt shaub comes and warns me because i was lockpicking and supposedly breaking NLR, If the logs are checked the only door i lockpicked was Sebastian Ingrosso to get into OUR base but i think there could of been a misunderstanding, even if we did anything wrong he still didnt explain to us what we actually did wrong. I really think it was a mistake because maybe ivef was in a rush because even after i got warned Sebastian Ingrosso continually tried to get in contact with Ivef but he declined to answer anything. Thanks in advance

RE: Removal of Warning(s): 34802
You have changed what happened, I was in noclip ( cloaked ) watching the entire thing.

Sebastian and yourself decided to raid a theif's base which was fine, but you had died. After you had re spawned Sebastian said into group chat "NEED BACKUP". You returned immediately, lock picked a door to re-enter and took the printers back with Sebastian to a room near spawn. Both you and Sebastian took the printers back, lying in your appeal isn't smart.
I was not in a rush either, I had frozen you with my physgun when you broke NLR in the first place, then unfroze you so I could double check it with another admin, who confirmed that is was indeed NLR.

Please just check the logs! it shoudl say somthing along the lines of, You died, You lockpicked Sebastian Ingrosso's door, then you warned me. I promise you i didnt lockpick anyone else but Sebastian Ingrosso's door after i died

RE: Removal of Warning(s): 34802
I called for backup which always works for the CPs to make NLR void. If my group chat did not make NLR void then this server has had a NLR problem with CPs for the past year... Ive played as a CP for over 3000 minutes and group chats for backup have always made NLR void, in fact an admin was mayor about a week ago and kept /g chatting while raiding a base for "backup!" and he said it voided NLR, so admins promote this group chatting for backup so how are the players supposed to know it is against the rules?

Edit: I would like to add that Ivef was basing with a thief and a mobboss as a citizen. Obviously that is not allowed and this was taking place the same time the warning took place. Picture is below

I was basing with the SBGF gang earlier, that is why I was on the door. That does not prove that I was basing with him as a citizen nor a thief was there either.
Spycrab was just too lazy to remove us whenever we left.

I have no idea what you're on about. All that pic shows is myself, a thief and a mob boss are owners on a door. That does not mean we were basing together at that time. You're just trying to throw this appeal off into a ban request. Make another thread if you're being serious.

He called for backup immediately after the mobboss died, without giving any sort of location, and the mobboss came directly back.

I didnt go back and interact with the thief tho, i went back to our base and lockpicked sebastions door, im allowed to know where my base is after we died, and also even if i did break nlr, is it right for me to be banned before being told what i did wrong and without any chance to defend myself. He said i was lying then immediatly warned me, you need to stop calling me a fucking lier, i never had a problem with you ivef now your being a little douche

As I have said, you did not return to your base, you return to the thief's base to continue the raid.
I did not ban you right away, you were only banned because you've racked up 4 warnings, that is on you. I spoke to you about it and you know what you did wrong because you were so quick to defend yourself after I froze you, I explained it to you.
I did not immediately warn you either, I unfroze you to go check with another admin if it was NLR, as I have stated in previous posts in this thread.
I saw what I saw, and another admin that was online was informed with it and considered it NLR as well.

I'm done arguing with you, since all you're making it come out to is calling me a douche.

He didn't say any location, just said "BACKUP" immediately after that. He wouldn't know exactly where to go, all that was said was "BACKUP".

I come to the new city, my boss sent me here to work in this town.
I hear "BACKUP" on the radio and I go to the location where backup was called, because I magically know where it is.

As far as I knew, if i called backup, my moboss could return. The CPs ALWAYS do this. Should not be considered NLR and the warning should be removed and should have been a verbal warning if anything. That is my opinion of course.

They have to tell the location, "backup" doesn't tell you anything.
And it's the same for CP's: they can be wrong , but that doesn't mean you can do it.

Yeah I'm gonna remove this, the user does generally have a clean record, in future you should ask "Where?" if someone just says "BACKUP" though.
