Matt Shuab (DarkRP) Unfair Ban + Possible Admin Abuse

**Note: I cannot post in the correct forum for some reason, so I am placing it here.

I was banned today about 10 minutes ago for following Matt Shuab into a building (He was a citizen, I was a thief) with the intentions to mug him. Before I could do anything he started doing this:

During this game there was a Law in place saying guns of all types were illegal. So when I saw Matt doing this I thought he was cheating in a way, spawning this gun spawner as a Citizen for the Cops only.

I was questioning Matt, asking what that thing was and why he spawned it. He didn't reply for 5 minutes, so I spawned the oven model and started slamming it on the ground with my phys gun, to get his attention (When you slam it it makes a loud metal banging noise). Surely enough this did get his attention, and I asked what that was and why he made it. He didn't answer me, and froze me, I stood there for 2 minutes after being banned for "Prop Abuse" without explanation.

Was what he was doing against the rules? Is he a corrupt admin? Or furthermore, was this ban justified? I didn't prop block, I didn't spam, I didn't hit him or anyone else with the prop, I simply moved it up and down to make a clanking noise to get his attention.

If whatever he was doing is not against the rules, so be it, but was this ban necessary? Not really.
