[ADDED] [BUG/REQ] Cloaked Admin Show Up as Someone Who Can Hear You.

If an Admin is cloaked and trying to follow people around to catch them do things, you can tell they are there when you type. It will say players who can hear you while you are typing, and if you know an admin is cloaked and he can hear you, you know he is watching you. This was happening to me the other day Jake was following me and I was like "Oh Hi Jake" because I could see he was there. I suggest make it so cloaked admins will not appear. It interferes with their admining abilities.
