this dedibox is probably the only one capable of handling this.

if this is approved, I want to run this with zinc.
me and zinc will / would probably learn BYOND coding for custom development.

i don't know, drake will probably say something about it not attracting an SRH playerbase, or drake not liking the game because it's too complicated.

then again, he'll probably just not be bothered to make one at all.

I think its more along the lines of "Its too unstable and requires far more resources than we can afford to dedicate, and many of its systems can go so far as to lock up an entire OS because of the resource consumption they are capable of producing." and "The game's systems are badly coded, and I won't fix them. I won't risk an unstable game, and an unknown person coding fixes for it on the dedi."

SRH will always be a DarkRP community (not good, in my opinion)
looks like we're never changing that, and there is no point in trying while drake is here; we should be expanding, or at-least trying to.
support for other servers except DarkRP is so bad, simple things which drake could be doing to benefit everyone or the server itself is automatically denied.

i understand that he has features and bugs to add and fix for DarkRP, but the fact that he doesn't always spare his time just to do some other things for us, like an extra GMod server or SS13 (well, okay, I admit that it runs on a bad game engine, and it 'may' be a resource hog, but the server did run on the dedibox)

all in all, it's drake's decision, so whether or not he allows this server, we're not going to change his decision if it's a simple "no".
i'd even appreciate it if drake spared his time to post in this thread.

Why don't we just throw some of that money at another dedi box? It's not like we are going to run low any time soon, and you might even get a deal with the same company you currently use.

At least try it out for a month.

if Drake is willing to do this, i can get him a good deal on a dedicated box for the server company i work for now, if anything happens let me know and ill see what i can do :)
