Change the CP related logged actions (arrests, stunsticks, wants, warrants) light blue so we can find them easier.

Also, can we get log of who requested a warrant as well as who accepted it?

I think that would be the mayor (if there is one on).

But that would be a good idea, but a different color than admin chat.
