Is it required for you to tell them to stop before killing them if they are throwing shit DIRECTLY at you? I mean, I always do because it is kind of a grey line subject, but what is the official rule on it? IRL, if I had a gun in my hand and a dirty hobo came up to me and threw shit in my face, I most likely would shoot him, just saying.

**I would preferably like a confirmed answer by drake, because everyone thought names on printers was metagaming, and the other day drake said it was not.

It is considered assault for hobos to throw it directly at you. You can kill for that.

Stock laws, and CPs have to warn before it is punishable.

That's what I figured, that it's assault. I usually say stop because otherwise they get butthurt and RDM report me. Ivef deals with one of those against me about every 5 minutes from some dumbass lol.

If they are just throwing it ( Not at anybody ) then cps must warn and they can arrest if they continue. No killing unless mayor has laws up allowing it.

BTW I am talking about if I am a citizen, gangster, thief, etc. They can KOS right? Because it's assault.
